What is eVendo?
eVendo allows syndication providers on the Internet to manage, sell, and
distribute text, graphic, audio, and video content. eVendo supports
Internet based editorial updates, workflow management, and a membership
system with exclusivity and customized pricing. eVendo supports ala-carte
and subscription based purchases of content. eVendo
provides tracking of web site usage and user purchasing. Reports are
customized to client requirements and can be exported into
standard windows applications (i.e. Excel, Access). eVendo also manages
banner ad campaigns and e-mail marketing campaigns (based on user profile), which
can be tailored to third party resellers and providers of ads.
eVendo allows editors to upload articles, supplements, images, video,
and audio into the eVendo database. Web administration can then
approve content, set pricing, control exclusive offerings, and trigger
content availability by date and time. eVendo provides real time
reporting, which enables timely management of content producers and
web site members.
eVendo supports the delivery of content to web sites, print, and wireless
devices, and notification through email when new content is available.
eVendo supports multiple GUI templates (provided) or the GUI can be
customized (imported from web development tools) allowing for varying
presentations of content. eVendo supports PDF, HTML, XHTML, SGML, XML,
XSL, WML, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PSD, MPEG, MP3. eVendo supports Metadata
tagging for searching of images, audio, and video.
